Cooperative nature toss

All you need for a fun nature toss game is a bucket, some natural items, and chalk (tape and markers if indoors). Mark and number five lines in increasing distances from the bucket and then decide on a number to work toward to cooperate and complete the game. Gain however many points with each toss as the spot where you stand. It’s easy to vary the distances and number of throw chances based on your children’s ages. We encourage cooperation rather than competition to keep everyone in good spirits and to promote teamwork. Have fun cheering each other on and choosing different natural items and seeing how it feels to throw a rock versus a stick or a pine cone. Leave us a note if you try it out. Have fun!
